Requirements
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled professionals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients across community, disability, and aged care settings. Candidate needs demonstrate the following skills, experience, and qualities:
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse or support professional within community care, disability services, aged care, or support work environments
Strong communication skills with a level of English literacy that enables clear, respectful communication with clients, families, and care teams, as well as accurate documentation and progress notes
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage individual caseloads while supporting multidisciplinary teams
Strong problem solving and clinical judgement skills, balancing client choice, independence, and dignity with duty of care and risk management
Demonstrated understanding of supporting individuals with disability, dementia, and complex needs, including behaviours of concern
Knowledge of relevant funding and service frameworks, including NDIS and aged care models
Up to date, evidence based clinical knowledge, including safe medication administration across community and supported living environments
Sound understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, and a commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
